Project Details

On May 24, 2025, the Rotary Club of Abuja Utako completed a Community Food Bank outreach at the Chief's Palace in Dakibiyu, Abuja. This initiative was designed to provide critical support to vulnerable widows in the club's adopted community by distributing essential food packs.

With food insecurity identified through conversations with local leaders and past outreach programs, club members came together to donate food items and funds. These contributions were used to prepare relief food packs containing rice, beans, garri, and other essential staples.
